For years, as host of the 'Pitch Please' podcast, I've had a front-row seat to hundreds of founder stories and expert perspectives. We've talked market opportunities, accelerating new business, and nailing the pitch. Beyond that, I've had my own startup, been part of other ventures, and successfully sold my own small business. Plus, during my time at Microsoft, I've directly helped multiple SaaS businesses and ISVs navigate ways to fuel their growth goals. I get the entrepreneurial journey.

Then there's my 14+ years deep inside global tech giants like Microsoft and Google. My career has spanned diverse functions – marketing, sales, strategy, and operations – giving me a broad understanding of the corporate landscape. More importantly, I've directly coached over 200 professionals through career shifts at work or beyond. I've also lived through my own accelerations, side steps, restructurings, and tough decisions around staying, leaving, or balancing things outside of work.
